Case Study:
Andrew Paulsen
From a small recruitment company to a top player in IT field.
Andrew Paulsen came to me with a familiar problem: a tech headhunting agency competing for the attention of in-demand IT professionals, in a market where the candidates were calling the shots — not replying to their calls or messages.
I started with a full competitor analysis, then rebuilt the brand from the ground up: a new website, brand guidelines, a social media strategy and content framework, a newsletter, and ongoing brand photography — plus support finding the right people to keep it all running.
The result
The candidates who used to ignore them are now the ones reaching out.
What started as a small, second-choice agency is now a business people search for by name — with the founders themselves showing up as brand ambassadors on LinkedIn.
→ Best if candidates aren't calling you back, and you're ready to change that.
CASE STUDY:
CRICKHOWELL LIBRARY
From a library facing closure to a place the community rallied behind.
I put together a brand and content direction, then rebuilt the institution's presence from the ground up: a new visual identity, a logo, and a content direction designed to reconnect the library with its community and reframe why it mattered. The most important piece was sitting down with the employee running the library, so they could carry the direction forward independently.
When I heard Crickhowell Library was at risk of closing, I stepped in to help. It was an institution struggling to prove its value and relevance to the people who could save it — low engagement and a weak public rating meant the story of what the library actually offered wasn't reaching anyone.
The result
What started as a library on the edge of closure is now a place the community shows up for — not because the collection changed, but because people could finally see what was already there. The story of what the library offers is reaching the people who could save it, and the direction is now something the team can carry forward on their own.
→ Best if your work matters but isn't being seen, and you're ready to change that.
